Our six-part training series is off to a powerful start! In the first session, researchers from across disciplines, including PhD students and research University of Reading staff, came together to explore how their work can shape real-world decisions and climate policy.
Led by Prof. Rosalind Cornforth and Dr. Celia Petty, the session opened with energy, collaboration, and a shared mission: to turn great research into meaningful change.
Participants explored new engagement tools, shared their hopes and challenges, and began crafting personal strategies for policy influence. A hands-on group exercise brought these ideas to life, helping everyone map out how their research could connect with stakeholders and make a difference.
