The Walker Institute, as one of the WCRP My Climate Risk hubs, is excited to invite you to join the UNFCCC Interdisciplinary Programme Engagement Group (UNiPEG).

With the need to address climate challenges becoming ever more pressing, this group aims to engage with the UNFCCC and influence policy directly. It aims to harness interdisciplinary expertise in the Univerisity of Reading and empower academics become active participants in delegagions to the UNFCCC working groups.

What you can expect from the UNiPEG:

• • Engage with the UNFCCC and its work programmes.
  • Harness the University of Reading’s interdisciplinary expertise to shape conversations and influence policy.
  • Participate in delegations to the UNFCCC summits and working group meetings.
  • Join monthly meetings in the University of Reading.
