Biography
Robert Muthami is a PhD Student at the School of Law, University of Reading undertaking a PhD in Law degree by Distance. His Research focus is on the “Efficiency of Adaptive Finance: a case of finance community-based adaptation projects in Kenya”. The Walker Institute is sponsoring his fees for the PhD degree under its twinning talent programme.

Efficacy on the Access of Adaptation Finance at Subnational Government Levels: A Case Study of Makueni and Kisumu Counties in Kenya.
The study focuses on studying how institutional and community factors promote or hinder the subnational and national climate change actors in Kenya from accessing climate change adaptation finance.
